Goth pleated skirt with embroidered crosses on the bottom pleats size large

Goth or dark academia style pleated skirt with cross embroidery detail. Size is labeled large but I believe this is in Asian sizing so please reference the size of tape measure. Looks to be more of a small. New with tag, not worn.
