Goth steampunk black peplum jacket/sweater

Rayon/polyester blend. Stretchy with hook clasp closures down the front and decorative brass buttons. I think the brand is a juniors brand, so this would best fit a size small (or a petite size 6/smallish medium person). Good condition; worn and washed only twice.
