Size small bustle skirt. Polyester blend. Black. Never worn, but washed once. Too fast brand. Lacing in the back and on the bustle. Circus goth cute kawaii cosplay convention gothic bustle victorian Size small so about a 26 inch maybe 27 inch waist. There's some slight stretch. Basically perfect condition. Super cute for a pirate costume, halloween, goth club. I'd consider this a mini skirt, mid thigh on the shortest and the longest part in the back (bustle) is about knee length on me (I'm 5'2.) Would look fantastic layered with tights and combat boots or more Victorian. So many options, a really wonderful staple piece for anyone who wants to have that goth edge.
