Preppy little thing with lots of fun details! From the bow pockets, to the heart buttons, this is a fun one! Feels very light and flouncy. This sleeveless collared dress can also be layered well for the shorter girlies in an office. Might been too short a cut to be professional for taller ladies. It is 32” long. Label says UK size 12, which is a US size 8. - has belt loops but no belt - cinched elastic waist - black with BEIGE polka dots - wash with similar colors, don’t dry.
