Gothic black bell sleeve whimsigoth top zipper neckline sz L

For reference I'm a US size 12/XL,  my measurements are 40-33-44, I am 5'3 and wear bra size 36D. by The collection Royal size cotton shirt with exaggerated split bell sleeves, a velvet and satin attached waist belt That is a dark olive green velveteen trimmed in fuchsia satin and multiple functioning zippers at the neckline so you can change its appearance. this has been in my closet for over 10 years and I never wore it other than trying it on a few times, tags are still attached. measurement table with the garment laid flat, 17.5 in from underarm to underarm, 15 in from side seam to side seam at waist, 25 in long from shoulder to bottom hem, sleeves are 32 in long from shoulder seam to longest point of split bell. New condition with no rips or stains and tags still attached. Smoke-free home, however I do have cats and try as I might cat hair does get everywhere, please keep that in mind if you have severe allergies.
