Very pretty blouse, could be worn open or closed. Sparkling faceted buttons. When closed, it takes an empire waist shape. Mandarin collar. There is no stretch where the ribbon at the waist/underbust is, so please review measurements. Has elegant flared sleeves with lace that moves really nicely.
