The tag says Cotton Club. The skirt is 5 tiers of watered silk ruffles. The top is a stretchy satin and is strapless. I have worn it as a skirt too. It is a pale beautiful green. A friend introduced me to the designer in Israel and she picked this for me as a gift. It is flexible as to size. Medium or large. Is gorgeous on.
