hannahschlegel @kenzierae14 the tag says its polyester but it's like an organza sort of.. Not heavy or itchy at all.. I'm 5'9" and it was perfect without heels but I think I also could of gotten away with heals .. Added a picture of it up close.. Let me know if you have any other questions! (:
