Blue a-line dress, somewhat retro fit and look. Stretchy material. Has pockets. The back is scoop and has a tie that you can tie a bow with. In good condition. You can see in the pictures there are some fraying threads at the neck and back line, which I believe you can snip with small fabric shears.
