I sent this to be authenticated by Real Real and it came back as inconclusive, so it likely is not authentic but it looks exactly like the real thing. Looking close you might notice some barely perceptible to other some signs of wear - but I never carried this bag. The inside is completely clean. Only someone who wants a fabulous look alike and understands that look a-likes are not the real thing but replicate the look accurately should consider this bag.
