100% soak. Side hidden zipper with button closure. Fabulous pattern beautiful. Can be worn year-round. Gorgeous colors. Note there is a white mark on the waistband. Was there when purchased. Was told it was part of the soak pattern. See photo. Note there is also a stain on the lining of the skirt. It does not impact the skirt itself. 16 inch waist and 26 inch total length.
