I did not observe any flaws upon inspecting this item ~This dress is knee length on me. For size reference I am about 5'4/5'5 and 128 pounds with a slim build and small chest (36A) I typically wear a size S so when I tried it on it did hang lower in the chest area than what I am comfortable with. It is also a medium so it makes sense that it would not fit me well. ~There is not a slip underneath the dress.
