Grace & Lace Ruffle Plaid Button Down Tunic

Very comfy plaid tunic shirt by Grace & Lace, looks like flannel. The material is 100% rayon. Features long sleeves, pockets, button closure and ruffled bottom. The fit is pretty close to the body at the top and then the bottom widens but it is not oversized. And it's a high-low cut, so the back is longer than the front. The item has been worn but is in excellent condition. Has very minor piling as pictured in close-ups. The size is S, but I would say it fits more like an XS. I normally wear S and the shoulders were too tight for me, as well as sleeves a tad short. Please see measurements.
