Grace elements embroidered skirt

Grace elements embroidered skirt, black with gray stitch. The tags were cut off so I am including the measurements. Waste measures 30 inches length 23 inches. The fabric is very nice quality. It is lined and fitted. It is in great condition. Great for business or event, if I had to put a size on this, I believe it is a medium.
