@elizabethmhart hello! The tag says it’s 95% polyester and 5% spandex. I wouldn’t say that it is warm meaning if I was wearing it in the winter I would prob wear either tall boots or tights. When it comes to the fit I would say it’s body con but the layer on top helps cover the tightness of that makes sense lol hope that helps!! Xx
