Gracia ivory navy and gold-beaded dress, brand new, size L

This is a beautiful dress by Gracia with an ivory top that blouses over a navy skirt with a scalloped hem and gold teardrop beading and sequins. The back is open from the neckline to the low back. Beading is only on the front half of the skirt. This dress is brand new with tags attached as well as a small bag of beads and sequins for repairs. Item D13879 Size L, runs a bit on the small side.
