Grade and Gather Brown and cream plaid ruffle V- neck midi dress. 100% cotton. It has POCKETS! It has belt loops but belt is missing. Belt loops could be removed completely. I added pictures with both a cinched in waist look that a belt would make and a looser fit without a belt.
