Reposhing this item I purchased from @tottybucket. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Lovely dress, easy to dress up with heels or casual with flats. Very comfortable and great for Summer. Color is Blue and Size is Large. The wrap waistband easily adjusts to size. Questions? Leave a comment below!
