clittlej60 @erika100974 The waist would be too small for you if your waist is 38. The hip size for the medium is 45" which would fit you in the hip area but the waist is only 28. See the size chart above. Are you measuring your waist correctly?

clittlej60 @loveli138 I have a red 2x and a blue XL. If you were a 16 you should be able to fit the XL. I were a 18 to 20 and can fit the 3x comfortably. It depends on if you want it to fit a little loose or snug. If loose I would go with the 2x.
