Graham and Spencer crushed velvet mini dress

Super cute crushed velvet mini dress, with a jeweler collar detail. No jewels missing. Rayon and silk material. Best fits a size 0-2 in my opinion. It’s a blue/grey/ purple color. Has some fraying on the straps ( manufacturing defect, but not noticeable). If you need measurements please let me know :) worn once.
