Grand Cru by Burlapp for Anthropologie party dress

This is such a flirty and fun dress. Basically an all-grown up version of your favorite Sunday dress from childhood. It's black with a gold "belt" along the waist and gold polka dots on the flowy skirt. The large, textured rosette on the front is a showstopper with flattering ruching along the bust. Thus was truly an absolutely favorite dress, but is only gently worn because it was reserved for special occasions.
