Grand & Greene blue shades blouse with metal sphere buttons. Sz XL. This Palouse has a lovely paisley pattern in multiple shades of blue. The sleeves can be rolled up and held secured with the sewn in straps. The buttons are so unique. They are metal spheres. I cut the rags off this blouse because I loved it and I just knew it would fit. I was incorrect. This has never been worn or washed.
