Grandmas Pretty Earrings

My grandmother loved jewelry. Her costume jewelry was typically on the better quality end. She lived in Ohio and Florida and these were from the winter months spent in Florida. I don’t really know what material they are or the actual value. The center is a floral cluster of pearls. The petals may be metal or plastic. The clips look like new but are the original clips. I am guessing these are from the 1960’s. Elegant and pretty pale blue.
