peamama @mimis__closet Thank you so much, weird translation.I just didn't want to wear something with profanity on it.In any event, the third picture down.Looks like there's a hole in the fabric.Where the tag is without a drawstring hole or hopefully it has a draw string.And a realistic at the waste not just knit fabric...

mimis__closet @peamama They’re probably was a drawstring at one point or another…that’s where it would have entered and exited the hole as seen in the third picture. However, the drawstring appears to be MIA. The waist does have an elastic waistband

peamama @mimis__closet Unless there's an actual piece of elastic in it that knit fabric will not keep the skirt up.I know what type of wasteband it is and the knit fabric alone is not enough to keep the skirt up. I'm still interested but it would require me to have my tailor do some work on the waistband
