Authentic, handmade, all natural materials. Appears to be Tahitian, based on headpiece shape.In near perfect condition, small amount of soiling on one inch of headband, not noticeable. The grass skirt is very full, supple, not dry or fragile, lilts and sways with movement, all shell details firmly intact. Headpiece is strong, solid, well made.
