Grass-fields matching pant set

Beautiful co-ord marketed as a US size 4 (top) and US size 6 (bottom), however, the bottom is too tight on me. I usually wear a size 4, so the bottom definitely runs small. It would suit a US size 0-2. I am 5’6. I like it so much that I ordered the same set in a bigger size.
