Hand crafted skirts by me! :) Great for summer, or for layering, would make a great bike skirt too! -This skirt is made of power mesh and spandex. -The waistband is made from Spandex. -It has a high low hem. -The skirts are premade, not made to order. Measurements laying flat; -Length Front- 22" -Length Back- 26" -Across hips- free -Across waist (spandex)- 16"-22" -Height of waistband- 4" sides - 8" middle -Length of lightening bolt- 8"
