Gray Dress by Wet Seal, Size S

This is a cute gray dress by Wet Seal! It's a size small only worn a few times so it's in excellent condition! It includes loops on the sides to hold a cute belt and the length comes to slightly above my knees (I'm 5'0). Also, the material is on thicker side so I would pair this with leggings and boots!
