Gray Lace Skirt with Gray Liner and Black Elastic Waist. NWT

A&O International Gray skirt. Gray lace over a gray liner. New with tags but no size listed. Purchased from a boutique for a wedding and was too small. The waist measures 12” laying flat (it is an elastic band). Top of waist to bottom of liner 23”. Top of waist to bottom of lace 30”.
