The fact that I couldn't get this on my XXS dress form is telling. There is zero stretch, but it's darn cute. Could fit a straight Small, or a non-curvy Medium. Adorable for work with tall boots! Never actually worn.
Bust is 32” waist is 30”, hips are 36”, dress is 33” long from shoulder to bottom hem. No stretch whatsoever.
