Gray's Anatomy is a reference book on human anatomy written by Henry Gray and illustrated by Henry Vandyke Carter. It was first published in 1858 and has been revised multiple times. The current edition is the 42nd and is still a standard reference. The book is known for its clear and concise descriptions and Carter's beautiful woodcut images.
