Gray and white Sandwich brand dress. NWT

Gray and white polka dot dress with hidden buttons and delicate pleats in the front top. Beautifully lined(see photo). It looks frumpy on the hanger but I bought it in a cute boutique on the Canadian coast where the owner helped me create a funky look—with a belt, jean jacket, and booties. I never got to wearing it and now it is too big.
