Gray & black button down dress with lace pocket top side. 7/8 size. Not stretchy

Vintage Black and White lined dress from the 1980/1990s which has buttons from the top of the dress to the bottom with a lace pocket on the right hand side at the top and in the back a strap in the middle with two button. it also has a Slit in the back of the dress at the bottom.
