Gray dress with sequins and beads

Beautiful fitted grey dress with lace, sequins and beads. Front has angled lace, back has lace straight across, as seen in the photos. Beading and sequins are in good condition, but they are delicate and prone to falling off. I have had this dress since 2011, and it still in good condition. Will negotiate
