This is the perfect business dress. You can see it is fully lined, side zip, short cap sleeves, with a modest but fun top, nice subtle plaid. It works with or without the included belt. Probably about 10 years old? I've worn this to interviews, so hopefully it comes with some luck, too! Honestly a really easy way to be put together. It was one of the most expensive things I had ever bought at the time, but it has done me well - and it still has life in it! A good size 14; would still fit if you were a 12, you can go closer to 16 too and still have it work, it is pretty forgiving. I hope it finds a good home!
