Gray shimmer tee with frayed sleeve details, size 3X

This short sleeve tee is great and black with silver shimmer. The sleeves gave a rough cut detailing. It measures about 24” from underarm to underarm and about 28” in length, and it’s new without tags from a boutique. The material is a poly/spandex blend. C2
