ginnyhoyt @hnrucker I added another picture to hopefully give you a better idea! I think taupe would probably be a better color to describe them, they are definitely gray but do have a brown undertone

ginnyhoyt @tracyling no worries, yeah I tried them on without socks and I thought they were totally fine. I guess it also depends on the shape of your toes too, but for me there was no discomfort! If anything you might need a sole insert because there is little arch support if you have high arches (I do, which is why I mention it)
