Gray tulle tutu skirt

Beautiful smokey gray tulle skirt with satin waist band. Four layers of tulle plus and attached crinoline gives this skirt some volume. Also an attached slip like liner. Back zipper. Waist measures just under 14" flat. Length is about 26" from waist to bottom layer of tulle. NO STRETCH. Tried on, but never worn. Size marked an Asian based large, but fits much more like a small.
