The Changemaker Dress is light and breezy for summer, and made out of the best selling airy, breathable tissue cotton. This long sleeve, pleated dress is very feminine with a drop waist, face-framing collar and POCKETS for when you need them or not! Created by the same owner of Frank & Eileen. Condition: Light wash wear but overall good pre owned condition. This dress has been laundered and steamed but due to the thin, airy material may wrinkle in transit.
