Great Cut — Skirt with Flare

Photos don’t do this skirt justice. Fitted waste is very flattering. This is one of those amazing ( vintage? ) H & M finds. Side zipper. Woven 100% Cotton material. Polyester Lining. No elastic at waste —size 4. Khaki/olive coloring. Approx measurements: 14” waist ( measured flat.) 25” length. In good used shape — pattern/color slightly faded. Needs a good / detailed ironing to flatten out band and iron around pleating.
