NWOT (but has spare buttons baggie attached) LOGO fall blouse. XXS Super soft and vibrant colors. 3/4 sleeve length with 2” ruffle at slightly flared end. Lace detail down length of button closure. Buttons do work; also has hidden pockets. 90% rayon, 10% spandex. Measurements laying flat: U to U: 15” Shoulder seam to hem: 26” slightly longer on sides
