This is a brand new wool cape from Great Plains London. Ordered from the online shop and mailed directly from the UK. This cape has 2 front pockets and side slots with buttons for the arms. It’s got a funnel neck opening and all buttons shown are functional. Perfect for winter. It does run big since it’s a cape, and would fit a size XS to M. Imported.
