Great Used Condition girls Dress

This dress does not come with a size tag. I measured and I think it's between a 5 and maybe a seven, or a 6x. It is 27" from shoulder to hem, 15" across the chest from armpit to armpit, and 13" at the waist. It has a cute belt design but it's just made to look like, so there is only a buckle sewn to the dress.
