What are the measurements armpit to armpit? I'm very top heavy and want to make sure it will fit

@rosequeen202003 21” armpit to armpit. I’ve also added a new pic that shows the neckline which has pleating. Additionally, the inside chest area has sewn in cups.

It’s 21” when measured flat flat but when I take into consideration the fabric with the cups it’s 23” hope that makes sense.
