Great cut out and drape blue dress

I LOVE the design of the dress, super cute blue dress with fantastic draping in the front. Elastic at the waist so you can go belt free and still have a shape and curves. Can we talk about the CUT OUT BACK?! So well done would work with most standard bras (thank you DDs) while being a cute/sexy surprise! Better yet it’s easy care and no zipper or snaps toss on an go.
