pretty_ascanbee It's a size 8 with zipper no elastic. I loved it. I initially got it for me with the shirt pictured but it was so tight on the waist I couldn't breathe lol.

pretty_ascanbee I measured the skirt. Waist is a 30 inch. Length is 22 1/2 in long. If you think it doesn’t fit let me know ok. I’m not mailing til I hear from you. I want you to be happy with what you buy. Thank you. 💕

pretty_ascanbee Yes you can go to order inquiry and just say accidentally ordered item too small must CANCELL and posh will take care of it for you. Or if I don’t ship it in a few days you are able to automatically CANCELL.
