Great sleeveless top with funky stripes

This sleeveless top was purchased at a boutique in Athens, Georgia. Such a fun top that can be worn with shorts or jeans or even slacks. Fabric is slightly sheer, but I always wore a Cami under it. There is a high low hem line at the bottom. EUC
