Greek Design Royal Bayreuth matte black jug is part of the Corinthian line.

Neoclassical creamer jug made of fine porcelain in Germany by Royal Bayreuth in the early 1900s. The matte black jug is part of the Corinthian line. This piece features a seated Grecian figure. Encircling the mug, above and below the figure are bands of Greek keys and other geometrics. Gold trim appears above and below the Greek keys. The inside rim of the pitcher is glazed with a dramatic sunset orange. The pitcher stands 4 inches tall (10 cm). It will hold 1 pint (16 ounces) of milk, beer or other beverage. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Gold trim shows slight wear. This jug is part of a collection of Bayreuth Corinthian, purchased from an estate.
