Green Beaded Tie Espadrilles from Beijing

Mint colored espadrilles with pink and black embroidered and beaded heel, dark teal and gold fabric upper and ankle ties reminds me of a mermaid. I think these are handmade. There are a few small spots where the glue that was used to construct them has oxidized to a light tan. The spots aren't noticeable while wearing. Purchased during a visit to Beijing, worn a couple of times during the trip but not since.
