Green & Black Floral Cotton Knit Dress, Medium or Large

There's no size tag, but going off my own personal size and how this fits me, it's a large or a slightly big medium. I'm a 40D bust and there's only slight pulling across the chest, but it's a little too tight in the arms. 100% cotton, this is a mid-heavy weight knit. Washed in fragrance free detergent. Smoke free, cat friendly home.
